PDAC International Convention, Trade Show & Investors Exchange
March 2 to 5, 2008
PDAC, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada held its 76th annual International Convention, Trade Show & Investors Exchange in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on March 2 to 5, 208. According to its web site, "PDAC exists to protect and promote the interests of the Canadian mineral exploration sector and to ensure a robust mining industry in Canada. Now in its 76th year, the PDAC's annual convention is an important international meeting for the mineral exploration and development community attracting in excess of 18,000 delegates from over the globe. This convention has been a gathering place for people and companies involved in the search and development of new mineral deposits. The PDAC 2008 convention consisted of The Trade Show and Investors Exchange, technical programs, PDAC Annual General Meeting. Evening events included the welcome reception, the Awards gala, Dynamic CMP Funds Mining Night, the Wrap Party and many private receptions.
