Mini Movie Review: Fed-up

Fed-up,  a 2014 American documentary film directed, written and produced by Stephanie Soechtig, that exposes the lie that only exercising and eating well will allow people to lose weight.  People get addicted to the sugar in the foods and find it very difficult if not impossible to quit because the food is engineered to be addictive.  Fed-up reveals a 30-year lobbying campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public.  For example there is no daily requirement on labels for fat content and many so called healthy foods have a large amount of fat.  Fed-up is now available online or in DVD format – for more information go here:  http://fedupmovie.com
